This chorizo mix is a special collaboration with Leroy & Lewis. It can be used to make 5 lbs of chorizo sausage, or use as a rub to add savory spiced flavor to any meat. Plenty of warming spice with a hint of heat.
Net Weight: 4.5oz
Ingredients: Salt, ancho chile pepper, paprika, spices, garlic, sugar.

I made this Chorizo for the first time and it was very good! I thought it was a perfect blend of seasonings. But I like it hot and spicy, next time I’m going to add some more cayenne pepper for a spicier sausage!
Will never go back to store bought. We keep the breakfast sausage patties in the refrigerator and now always have the chorizo sausage in pound form ready to go as well. We love it in eggs of course, but also with burgers, as a salad topper, etc. Watch the vid, maybe add a bit of distilled vinegar for a bit of a bite. Buy a five pound chub at US Foods Chefstores, other places, and you're all set! Peace.
We haven't been able to get good chorizo since we left Texas. This mix is delicious. We love it.
We're so glad to hear you love it! Happy to bring a taste of Texas back to your kitchen. Thanks for the great review!
Great hint of heat to the flavor but I think there's a bit to much cumin that over takes the heat.
I have looked every where in my state for something that is close to the chorizo I had as a child, and it's not too be found in New York. And no I'm not from the city, but I have been around enough to know that this is the same as I had as a kid. Great Job !!!
