Will never go back to store bought. We keep the breakfast sausage patties in the refrigerator and now always have the chorizo sausage in pound form ready to go as well. We love it in eggs of course, but also with burgers, as a salad topper, etc. Watch the vid, maybe add a bit of distilled vinegar for a bit of a bite.
