It literally goes on anything I've smoked and grilled chicken,pork,beef and salmon with it and I'm on a kick of roasted carrots with chudrub and it's freaking amazing

This is my favorite rub to use when I am trying to taste a good cut of beef but elevated. It is low on salt but that's a good thing because you can salt to your own liking. Also allows for a beautiful sear and great color.
