I just did my first crispy thighs on the Weber with Chud's Poultry rub. We loved it. Most forward for me was the white pepper and ginger. Felt a bit of an homage to the Colonel. A delightfully unique rub. Highly recommended and we can't wait to use this when we have guests. This will definitely be a favorite in the rotation. And, by the way, shipped ridiculously quickly to Hawaii. Well done Team Chud!
