Great class!
The atmosphere was relaxed and informative. Plenty of hands-on demonstrations and questions. The entire team was made you feel like you were a bunch of friends hanging out, making sausage, drinking a few beverages, learning about BBQ.
I learned not only from Bradley, Nick, and Matt. but everyone in attendance. There were people from all over the country in attendance sharing information.
The feast at the end was excellent. I took some of the leftover's home and now they demand I learn direct heat ribs.
Cant wait for the next class.
