This class was phenomenal, and the Chud Team did an amazing job with creating a great BBQ experience. Bradley is an extremely knowledgeable chef/pitmaster, who explains each concept of the sausage making in a very practical way that is immediately applicable to your own cooking. The class was full of great information and with tons of hands on experience, in a relaxed yet engaging pace.
I was also laughing the whole time I was there, as Bradley walks you through the sausage making process with lots of anecdotes of experiences to help convey the concepts in an often hilarious way. To boot, Nick and Matt were there supporting all the students and facilitating all the logistics to make the class run smoothly throughout the day.
To put a bow on this, I walked away with a ton of sausage to take home and the absolute FEAST of BBQ at the end of the day was phenomenal - some of the best BBQ I've ever had and that's saying a lot.
Do yourself a favor and do not miss this class. I hope more classes come up in the future. Thanks for doing this class!
